Jennifer Lopez is gearing up for a new movie role in “Kiss of the Spider Woman” and she’s in the best shape of her life. The 54-year-old superstar recently shared on “Live with Kelly and Mark” how she trained for the film, which involved a lot of singing and dancing.
“I’m the thinnest I’ve ever been. I’m in fighting shape right now,” Jennifer revealed during the interview. The musical film is an adaptation of a 1990s Broadway production where she plays the lead role of Aurora, a character created by Luis Molina in an Argentinian prison.
In addition to her movie commitments, Jennifer also announced that she will be going on tour with 28 shows across the United States. This tour comes after her appearance in the Netflix action film “The Mother” last year.
Known for her dedication to fitness, Jennifer emphasized the importance of exercise in her life. She shared with Us Weekly that staying in shape is crucial for her performances and on-screen roles. She is constantly evolving and looking for new challenges to keep herself motivated.
As she rehearses for her new album, “This Is Me… Now,” set to release this summer, Jennifer is pushing herself to new limits. With a busy schedule ahead, including filming, touring, and releasing new music, Jennifer Lopez is proving that age is just a number when it comes to staying fit and pursuing her passion.
