First Financial Bank in Franklin is making a big push for financial literacy in the community with a new book drive. The bank is encouraging members of the community to donate books about personal finance and other related subjects at their location on Branigin Road from May 6-24. Donors do not need to be clients of the bank to participate in this initiative.

Once the book drive is complete, First Financial associates will distribute the books to local organizations such as schools, libraries, and nonprofits. In addition to the book drive, the bank will also provide a list of financial resources and recommended books on finance for all ages at their financial centers. In other financial news, Coffman Wealth Management is celebrating the grand opening of their new office building in Greenwood.
