Jonathan Majors, known for his roles in “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania” and “Loki,” has been ordered to attend domestic violence counselling after being found guilty of assault and harassment.

The 34-year-old actor was convicted of third-degree assault and second-degree harassment in December. Instead of jail time, Judge Michael Gaffey has mandated Majors to complete a 52-week in-person batterer’s intervention program and continue with mental health therapy for one year.

Majors’ ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari, was granted a protection order and spoke out during the court hearing. She accused Majors of emotional and psychological abuse, stating that he believed he was “above the law” and showed no remorse for his actions.

Jabbari expressed concern for other women’s safety, claiming that Majors had a history of physical anger and lacked control over it. She vowed to ensure he was not a danger to anyone else.

Majors, accompanied by his current girlfriend Meagan Good, did not make a public statement. His attorney, Priya Chaudhry, stated that Majors maintains his innocence and plans to appeal the conviction, alleging that Jabbari may use any statement against him in a civil case.

Despite his legal troubles, Majors’ career has been on the rise with notable roles in acclaimed films like “The Last Black Man in San Francisco” and “Da 5 Bloods.” However, this recent court ruling has cast a shadow over his professional success.
