Jordan Szabo, a highly decorated tennis coach, has been named the new head coach of Auburn women’s tennis. With an impressive coaching background, including being a two-time Intercollegiate Tennis Association National Assistant Coach of the Year, Szabo brings a wealth of experience and success to the program.
Having previously served as the associate head women’s coach at Texas A&M, Szabo has been instrumental in the success of the Aggies’ tennis program. Under his guidance, the team won three consecutive Southeastern Conference regular season titles and made deep runs in the NCAA Tournament, reaching the Elite Eight in the last two seasons.
Szabo’s coaching prowess is further highlighted by the individual success of his players, with several earning prestigious accolades such as ITA All-America designations. His dedication to player development and commitment to excellence have set him apart as a top-tier coach in collegiate tennis.
