Prior to joining WME, Haffner served as the senior director of business and legal affairs at Netflix, where she played a key role in negotiating deals for the streaming giant’s original studio film group. Some of the projects she worked on include “Hillbilly Elegy,” “Yes Day,” and “The Christmas Chronicles.”

In addition to her work at Netflix, Haffner also negotiated and managed overall deals for prominent producers such as Shawn Levy, Kevin Hart, and Harry and Meghan. Her previous experience at Paramount Pictures and The Weinstein Company, as well as her time in private practice representing talent, have equipped her with a deep understanding of the entertainment industry.
