Karol G and Feid emerged as the big winners at the Latin American Music Awards gala held in Las Vegas. The event, which took place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, saw Karol G and Feid each taking home six prestigious awards.
Karol G, who was not present at the ceremony, was honored with the titles of Artist of the Year, Best Urban Artist, and Global Latin Artist of the Year. Her album “Mañana Será Bonito” was recognized as Album of the Year and Best Urban Album. Additionally, her collaboration with Shakira on the song “TQG” earned her the Song of the Year award.
Feid, on the other hand, was named Streaming Artist of the Year and received accolades for his collaborations with Yandel and Sean Paul. His performances on “Yandel 150” and “Nina Bonita” earned him the Collaboration of the Year and Collaboration Crossover of the Year awards.
Shakira also had a successful night, winning the titles of Best Pop Artist and Best Pop Song for “Acrostico.”
The star-studded event was hosted by Becky G, Thalía, Alejandra Espinoza, and Carlos Ponce, and was broadcasted on Univision, UniMás, and Galavisión. The ceremony also streamed live on ViX.
Among the other winners of the night was Young Miko, who took home the award for Best New Artist, solidifying his place in the Latin music industry.
