Kelly Osbourne has recently set the record straight on her weight loss journey, revealing that dropping carbs and sugar from her diet was the real secret to her 85-pound weight loss after giving birth to her son. In a new interview with Extra, Kelly denied taking Ozempic, a weight-loss drug, despite rumors suggesting otherwise. She clarified that it was her mother, Sharon, who had used Ozempic.

The 39-year-old explained that she had gestational diabetes and needed to lose the weight gained during pregnancy to avoid the risk of developing diabetes. By cutting out sugar and carbohydrates, Kelly rapidly shed the pounds. Additionally, she shared that she underwent a popular tone-up treatment called EMFACE and EMSCULPT NEO to tighten the skin around her neck and chin.

While Kelly defended Ozempic as a weight-loss method in a previous interview with E! News, calling it “amazing,” she emphasized that there are multiple ways to lose weight. She suggested that people criticize the drug because they either secretly use it or are envious that they cannot afford it.

Sharon Osbourne had previously shared her experience with Ozempic, mentioning feeling nauseous after taking the drug. Kelly supported her mother’s decision, stating that seeing her confidence and how good she feels in her body makes it worth it. The Osbourne family’s openness about their weight loss journey continues to inspire others to prioritize their health and well-being.
