Keyshawn Johnson Declares One NBA Playoff Series as Finished

Reading Time: < 1 minute

The Indiana Pacers are facing an uphill battle in their current series against the Boston Celtics, with many doubting their ability to come back after falling into an 0-2 hole. Former NFL player Keyshawn Johnson even went as far as to declare the series “a wrap” on Friday’s episode of “Undisputed.”

Johnson suggested that the Pacers may want to consider resting some of their players in the next few games, as the Celtics appear poised to sweep the series and secure a spot in the Finals. The Celtics have been shining bright, while the Pacers have struggled, especially after losing their star player Tyrese Haliburton to a hamstring injury in the third quarter of Thursday night’s game.

Haliburton’s status for the upcoming games remains uncertain, but if he is unable to play at full capacity, the Pacers’ chances of competing will be severely limited. Even with Haliburton back in the lineup, the team will need to make significant changes to stand a chance against the dominant Celtics.

While teams have come back from 0-2 deficits in the past, the Pacers face an uphill battle, especially given their lackluster performance in Game 2. It remains to be seen if they can turn things around, but as of now, the odds are stacked against them.
