“Swatantrya Veer Savarkar,” a biopic drama film directed by Randeep Hooda, opened to mixed reviews and criticism for its alleged propaganda elements and inaccuracies in its narrative. On the other hand, “Madgaon Express,” a comedy film directed by Kunal Kemmu, received praise from viewers for its entertaining storyline and performances by actors Divyenndu, Avinash Tiwary, and Pratik Gandhi.

On the thirteenth day of their release, both films have reached a point of equilibrium with three consecutive days of equal collections. The total box office collection for Madgaon Express stands at Rs 18.75 crore, slightly ahead of Swatantrya Veer Savarkar’s collection of Rs 17.28 crore.
