In a shocking new development, former model Crystal McKinney has accused hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexually assaulting her at his New York City recording studio in 2003. McKinney, who was 22 at the time, alleges that she met Combs at a restaurant during Men’s Fashion Week in Manhattan and was later invited to his studio where the assault took place.

According to the federal complaint filed in New York City, McKinney claims that she smoked marijuana laced with a narcotic or intoxicating substance, which left her feeling disoriented. Combs then led her to the bathroom where the assault occurred, and McKinney later woke up in a taxi realizing what had happened.

This accusation comes on the heels of a recent incident where security footage showed Combs attacking singer Cassie in a Los Angeles hotel hallway in 2016. Combs has since apologized for his actions towards Cassie, but is not facing criminal prosecution due to the statute of limitations.

The lawsuit filed by McKinney is just one of several legal challenges Combs is currently facing, including a federal criminal sex-trafficking investigation and multiple lawsuits alleging abuse and assault. Despite the mounting allegations, Combs’ representatives have not yet responded to requests for comment on McKinney’s claims.

As the case unfolds, the public will be watching closely to see how Combs responds to these serious accusations and what impact they may have on his career and reputation in the music industry.
