LOS ANGELES — Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is currently under federal investigation for sex trafficking, has been named as a defendant in a new lawsuit alleging that his son, Christian Combs, sexually assaulted a woman while she was working on a yacht chartered by the music mogul at the end of 2022.
The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court by Grace O’Marcaigh, claims that Christian Combs, 26, assaulted her in late December 2022 during what was supposed to be a “wholesome family excursion” that turned into a “hedonistic environment.” The alleged assault occurred just days before Sean Combs hosted a New Year’s Eve yacht party with numerous celebrity guests.
O’Marcaigh alleges that Christian Combs drugged and sexually assaulted her in the yacht’s studio, with audio recordings included in the lawsuit as evidence of her rejecting his advances. The suit also details a party atmosphere on the yacht with suspected sex workers and celebrities engaging in drug use.
The lawsuit further alleges that Christian Combs pressured O’Marcaigh to drink tequila, which she believes was spiked, leading to a violent assault where he groped her and attempted to force her to perform oral sex.
The suit also claims that O’Marcaigh suffered physical and mental health consequences following the assault, including anxiety, panic attacks, and suicidal ideations. She is seeking unspecified damages for the trauma she endured.
This lawsuit is the latest in a series of legal troubles for the Combs family, with Sean Combs facing multiple accusations of sexual assault and criminal activity. Federal agents have conducted searches of his properties in Los Angeles and Miami, uncovering guns and seizing phones as part of an ongoing investigation into allegations of sex trafficking and other crimes.
