Limited Progress in EB Green Card Categories in June 2024 US Visa Bulletin, Despite Advances in Family-Based Visas

The US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has released the Visa Bulletin for June 2024, shedding light on the minimal movement in employment-based cut-off dates. The bulletin provides a comprehensive overview of both family and employment-sponsored visa application categories.

The F3 priority dates have collectively moved forward across countries, with only Mexico witnessing movement in the F2B index. Additionally, the dates for F4 categories of Mexico and the Philippines have also progressed, while India, China, and other countries remain unchanged.
