Legendary Hollywood producer Al Ruddy, known for his work on iconic films like “The Godfather” and “Million Dollar Baby,” passed away at the age of 94 after a brief illness. His daughter, Alexandra Ruddy, confirmed the news on Instagram, sparking an outpouring of tributes from the entertainment industry.

Al Pacino, who starred in “The Godfather,” remembered Ruddy as a supportive and encouraging presence on set, saying, “He gave me the gift of encouragement when I needed it most and I’ll never forget it.” Miles Teller, who portrayed Ruddy in the Paramount+ series “The Offer,” called it an honor to portray the producer, noting that Ruddy lived a life many could only dream of.

In other entertainment news, fans of the hit series “Ted Lasso” will soon be able to own all 34 episodes on Blu-ray and DVD, complete with a limited-edition “Believe” poster.
