Commenting on his achievement, Willett expressed his excitement, stating, “I’m ecstatic to have set the world record today for the fastest 18-hole round of golf. Together with my sponsor, OnePlus, we hope this record demonstrates that everything and anything is possible with the right attitude.”

OnePlus Europe’s Chief Marketing Officer, Celina Shi, also praised Willett for his accomplishment, highlighting the brand’s mantra of “Never Settle” and commending Willett for embodying this spirit.

The Horton Smith Golf Course, where the record was set, features 18-holes across 6,312 yards and is approved by the ISGA for world record attempts.
