Hilton Hotels Introduces Smoother Check-In Process and Sleep-Focused Amenities

In a bid to enhance the guest experience, Hilton Hotels has rolled out a new feature on its Hilton Honours App that allows members to skip the traditional check-in process at the front desk. This means guests can avoid long queues after a tiring flight and head straight to their room. Michael, a spokesperson for Hilton, explains that the app now offers digital check-in, enabling guests to not only bypass the reception desk but also choose their preferred room. Whether guests prefer a room close to the lobby, on a higher floor, or away from the elevator, they now have the freedom to select their ideal accommodation.

Moreover, Hilton is focusing on providing extra comforts to promote optimal sleep hygiene for its guests. The brand is introducing interior design touches in guest rooms such as weighted blankets, lavender pillow mists, white noise machines, botanical teas, and eye masks. Sleep-focused packages are also being introduced in various properties, offering guests a range of relaxation techniques and sleep aids.

At select Hilton properties like the Hilton Singapore Orchard and Conrad Bali, guests can indulge in unique sleep rituals and therapies like sound baths, botanical teas, and Sway sleep therapy in a cocoon hammock. The brand is also offering special pillow menus with sleep-aiding drinks and foods to cater to individual preferences.

Hilton has even partnered with sleep scientist Rebecca Robbins to enhance its sleep programming and introduce new initiatives like ‘sleep retreats’. With a focus on wellness and relaxation, Hilton aims to provide guests with a seamless and rejuvenating stay, whether they are traveling for leisure or business. The brand’s commitment to guest comfort and satisfaction is evident in its innovative approach to hospitality.
