A 53-year-old hairstylist, Albert Vasquez, was found unconscious and bleeding near a gay nightclub in West Hollywood nearly two weeks ago. After being rushed to Cedars Sinai Medical Center, Vasquez has finally regained consciousness, but he is unable to communicate properly due to his injuries.

Vasquez’s family, including his sister Gloria Jimenez, are desperate for answers as they try to piece together what happened to him that fateful night. According to Jimenez, Vasquez had visited a few bars in the Rainbow District before being found injured near the nightclub.

Doctors at the hospital had to remove part of Vasquez’s scalp as it was fractured in two spots. The Sheriff’s Department is currently investigating the incident to determine if a crime was committed. The nightclub where Vasquez was found has provided security camera footage to aid in the investigation.

As Vasquez slowly recovers in the hospital, his family and friends remain by his side, hopeful for his full recovery. Jimenez described her brother as resilient and positive, with a strong support system that will help him through this ordeal.

The family is urging anyone with information about the incident to come forward and assist the authorities in their investigation. Despite the uncertainty surrounding the circumstances of Vasquez’s injuries, his loved ones remain optimistic about his recovery.
