As we modernize our solutions, we require a team that is excited about innovation in payments and passionate about developments in that payments ecosystem while maintaining a focus on client and their experience of the product.The Manager, Go-To-Market Solutions is an important member of the commercialization team, responsible for developing and enabling a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for DPS, the Issuer processing solutions targeting financial institutions, Fintechs and other payments ecosystem players.This position will be primarily responsible for overseeing end-to-end product and feature releases, developing and executing commercialization strategies associated with key product initiatives, and ensuring sales and client assets are developed with a clearly positioned and effective Sales narrative.This position involves working with cross-functional stakeholder to define, develop and drive quality deliverables such as service descriptions, implementation guides, process flows, Developer Center content, sales decks and other product-related deliverables as required that ensure clients and stakeholders consume new features and services.The ideal candidate must possess good critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational experience, with a desire to bring products and solutions to market in a consumable way that demonstrates the value of solution.You are curious and analytical with a desire to make an impact. You have a passion for understanding the client experience of a solution and for making solutions consumable by multiple stakeholders.In this role you will develop and maintain detailed project plans, identify risks and issues, and work closely with their Product and Technology counterparts to ensure on-time delivery with high quality, and accuracy for each assigned deliverable. In addition, this role is responsible for ensuring standards of API releases are meeting governance standards.Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive client consumption of capabilities and services through sales enablement, bulletins, and communications to clients and sales while ensuring all assets for GTM have been developed and delivered in a consumable fashion.
- Partner with product development colleagues to identify key client and sales facing milestones.
- Communicate the product roadmap, both client facing and internal, to stakeholders and clients.
- Must work cross functionally with Client Services, Sales, and Marketing colleagues to bring products to market, ensure documentation is accurate and drive client adoption.
- Ensure all documentation from bulletins to sales decks is accurate and meeting standards of quality required, oftentimes by collaborating the product subject matter expertise.
- Contribute and adhere to consistent governance steps for product-solution GTM, ensuring we have consistent standards, definitions, and Key Performance Indicators to determine when products are -ready.
- Continually refine and optimize the go-to-market strategy and sales enablement process based on performance data, market research, and customer feedback
- Develop and implement sales enablement strategies and programs that support the sales team in their efforts to sell effectively.
- Ensure the client consumption of the product is optimized in all channels.
- Governance: Manage a formal governance process to ensure commercialization, pilot, and delivery standards are met as Products evolve from central development to revenue-generating deployments with clients.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4-5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD)
- Prior work experience in go to market/ go to market solutions
- 3 or more years working in a GTM related role
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills are required. In particular, candidate will be expected to build proficiency in effectively communicating business and technical issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally as needed.
- Must be able to translate a technical solution into sales and client-ready materials.
- Knowledge of developing detailed project plans and milestone dates is required.
- Ability to delegate project tasks when appropriate and monitor multiple sub-projects assignments.
- Strong contributor with experience in API solutions, processing, payments, product management/product development disciplines with proven collaboration capabilities.
- Ability to translate highly technical products into consumable capabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence to build credibility within Visa and with clients
- Some experience in product marketing, payments and an understanding of software development life cycle will be ideal.
