Fit Foodie Cooking Club is back with a bang in May, and this time it’s all about the blueberry cheesecake protein smoothie. This creamy and delicious smoothie is the star of the month, packed with 19g of protein per serving, thanks to ingredients like cottage cheese and protein powder.

The Fit Foodie Cooking Club is a monthly cooking challenge that brings the virtual community together to celebrate real food. Each month, participants are encouraged to make the same recipe and share their creations with the community.

For May 2024, the recipe of the month is the blueberry cheesecake protein smoothie. To make this smoothie, you’ll need frozen blueberries, frozen banana, chia seeds, vanilla protein powder, almond milk, and cottage cheese. These ingredients come together to create a thick and creamy smoothie that is perfect for post-workout recovery or a nutritious breakfast option.

Participants are encouraged to make the recipe, take a photo of their creation, and leave a comment on the blog post with their feedback. Two lucky winners will each receive a $100 lululemon gift card. The winners will be randomly selected and announced on May 29, so be sure to submit your entry before May 28.

In addition to the cooking challenge, the Fit Foodie Cooking Club also supports a charity of the month. For May 2024, the chosen charity is the National Alliance on Mental Illness Minnesota (NAMI). The giveaway winners will double the match, donating $400 to NAMI to support their efforts in improving the lives of individuals with mental illnesses and their families.
