The buyout was led by three key members of the Robell team – project sales manager Adam Woroch, operations manager Edd Watson, and accounts manager Ruth Fennell. With a combined 40 years of experience at the company, they have taken over the business from its founding directors, Mike Everell and Dave Robinson. The deal was made possible with the support of an equity investment from business investment firm UKSE, guaranteeing the long-term stability of the company.

Established in 1989, Robell has a strong reputation for providing high-quality automated control systems for a range of buildings, including shopping centers, schools, train stations, and hospitals. The focus on sustainability and efficiency has been a key driver of their success over the years.
