One of the businesses included in the list is Rooted Grounds, a coffee company founded by Patsy and David Knopf. The couple started their business in their garage nine years ago and have since grown it into a successful venture. Rooted Grounds was honored to be named on the RedHawk50 list, alongside other successful alumni-owned businesses like COhatch, a co-working space with 30 locations and counting.
