Mike Tyson ridicules Jake Paul’s weight, asserts that he has only defeated “small children”

Reading Time: < 1 minute

In a heated press conference leading up to their July 20 fight, Mike Tyson and Jake Paul engaged in a war of words that had the audience on the edge of their seats. Tyson, known for his experience in the ring, didn’t hold back as he criticized Paul for his size and preparation, calling him “fat and funky.” Paul, on the other hand, fired back by referencing Tyson’s first professional loss to Buster Douglas and promising to knock him out.

Tyson continued to taunt Paul by questioning his knockout power and listing off opponents from Paul’s past who he couldn’t finish. Despite the verbal jabs, Paul remained confident and vowed to put Tyson to sleep in their upcoming fight.

The press conference was filled with tension and excitement as the two fighters traded barbs back and forth. While Tyson’s experience and reputation as a former heavyweight champion gave him the upper hand in the verbal sparring, Paul didn’t back down and stood his ground.

As the event came to a close, Tyson couldn’t help but chuckle at Paul’s bold statements and even laughed off a reference to his late trainer, Cus D’Amato. Despite the animosity between the two fighters, there was a sense of mutual respect and acknowledgment of each other’s skills.

With just a few weeks left until their highly anticipated showdown, fans can expect fireworks both inside and outside the ring as Tyson and Paul continue to build up the hype for their upcoming fight.
