The IU Columbus baseball team is gearing up for the River States Conference Tournament, with the schedule yet to be announced. Meanwhile, the IU Columbus softball team will be facing off against Brescia (Ky.) on Friday and Oakland City on Saturday in doubleheaders, also with the River States Conference Tournament on the horizon.

In professional sports, the Indiana Pacers are set to take on the Bucks in the playoffs, with games scheduled for Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday. The Cincinnati Reds will be facing off against the Phillies in a three-game series starting today.

NASCAR fans can catch the action on Sunday at Dover, Del., with races at Kansas City and Darlington, S.C., coming up in May. IndyCar enthusiasts can watch the race in Birmingham, Ala., on Sunday, with the Grand Prix in Indianapolis and the iconic Indianapolis 500 taking place later in May.

High school sports are also in full swing, with baseball, softball, boys golf, and girls tennis matches scheduled throughout the day.
