Over 100 aspiring women entrepreneurs gathered at the Regenesys Business School Campus in Sandton for a grand graduation ceremony, showcasing their remarkable achievements and resilience in the competitive world of entrepreneurship. The event marked a significant milestone in their journeys, as they received certificates from the Graça Machel Trust for completing the Women Creating Wealth program.
Keynote speaker Korkor Kudjoe, the trust’s senior entrepreneurship manager, highlighted the unique aspects of the program, which focuses on personal mastery, technical business skills, investor readiness, and access to markets. The program currently supports over 2,500 women entrepreneurs in seven African countries, aiming to help them scale their businesses and create wealth.
Founder of the trust, Graça Machel, emphasized the importance of supporting women entrepreneurs to reach their full potential and tackle common challenges such as access to finance and market understanding.
