Members enrolled in the GLP-1 plan will receive daily tips and encouragement on optimizing their sleeping and eating habits, as well as learning about the importance of nutrition during rapid weight loss. Additionally, they will have access to exercise videos focused on maintaining muscle while taking GLP-1 medications, medication tracking, a free recipe collection, an in-app nutrition plan, and community forums to connect with other members.

GLP-1 medications, such as Ozempic, Mounjaro, Wegovy, and Zepbound, are commonly used for weight loss. MyFitnessPal CEO Mike Fisher emphasized the importance of providing free nutrition guidance and content to educate individuals using GLP-1 medications for sustainable outcomes.

MyFitnessPal has a history of innovation and growth, including partnerships with Google Health Connect to integrate continuous glucose monitoring tools and introducing new features for Wear OS by Google users. The app’s recent feature, Sleep Factors, allows users to visualize how factors like sugar, water, and exercise impact their sleep quality.
