Calendly’s New Browser Extension Streamlines Meeting Management

Calendly, a popular scheduling tool, has launched a new browser extension aimed at simplifying the way businesses manage their meetings. This innovative tool allows users to handle all their meeting needs directly from their internet browser, eliminating the need to switch between different applications.

The extension has already garnered praise from major companies like DocuSign and CI Assante Wealth Management, who have found it to be a time-saving solution. Gabriele Borges de Souza from DocuSign highlighted the tool’s ability to quickly book follow-up meetings and make changes to appointments without the hassle of sending additional emails.

Available for Chrome, Edge, and Firefox browsers, as well as an add-on for Outlook, the extension offers a range of features to enhance meeting management. Users can view all their meetings in one centralized location, access contact details and history before meetings, and even schedule meetings on behalf of team members to improve collaboration.

Calendly has plans to introduce more features in the future, including the ability to prioritize important meetings over less critical ones. Stephen Hsu, Calendly’s Chief Product Officer, emphasized the tool’s focus on reducing unnecessary clicks and seamlessly integrating into users’ workflows to boost productivity.

This release comes on the heels of Calendly’s recent announcement of its Calendly Routing feature, which integrates with HubSpot CRM to help sales and marketing teams efficiently manage new customer inquiries. With these new tools, Calendly is revolutionizing the way businesses handle their meeting scheduling and management processes.
