Crumbl Cookies has officially opened its doors at the West Hollywood Gateway, and the grand opening was a sweet success. Located at 7100 Santa Monica Blvd, Unit 117B, the new bakery welcomed customers with free chocolate chip cookies all day on Friday, May 17th. In addition to the free treats, three lucky winners walked away with a 4-pack box of cookies.
Prior to the grand opening, Crumbl Cookies hosted a VIP event where guests, including West Hollywood Mayor John Erickson, got a behind-the-scenes look at how the delicious cookies are made. Franchise owner Luke Paustenbaugh and his family were also in attendance, sharing their excitement about bringing the best cookies to West Hollywood.
During a Q&A session, Paustenbaugh revealed that the best-selling cookies are usually the milk chocolate chip or the semi-sweet chocolate chip. He also shared that his personal favorite is the peanut butter cookie, while his daughter loves the sea salt toffee cookie.
With a rotating menu of about five different cookies each week, Crumbl Cookies offers a variety of options for customers to enjoy. Paustenbaugh emphasized that all the cookies are made in-house from scratch, with fresh ingredients and lots of love put into each batch.
The best part about Crumbl Cookies, according to Paustenbaugh, is the ever-changing menu that features over 300 different recipe cookies. With new flavors dropping every Sunday, customers can look forward to trying something new each week at this exciting new bakery in West Hollywood.
