Scottie Scheffler, the world’s top-ranked golfer, found himself in hot water after being arrested in the early hours of May 17 at the PGA Championship in Kentucky. The 27-year-old was taken into custody for not following police orders during a pedestrian fatality investigation at Valhalla Golf Club.

Scheffler was booked on four charges, including second-degree assault of a police officer, which is a felony.
