New Leadership Takes Over BP’s UK Retail Business

bp, a leading energy company, has made significant changes to its UK retail leadership team with the appointment of Jo Hayward as VP mobility & convenience retail and Natalie Cattermole as senior dealer manager. These changes come at a crucial time for bp as it aims to expand its UK retail business and cater to the changing needs of customers during the energy transition.

Jo Hayward, who previously served as bp’s VP for convenience in Europe, will now oversee bp’s network of approximately 1,150 retail sites in the UK. Natalie Cattermole, who joined bp in 2013 from Sainsburys, will report to Jo in her new role as senior dealer manager. She will be responsible for building relationships with dealer partners across around 850 sites in the UK network. Natalie highlighted the compelling offer that bp provides to its dealers, including a strong brand, high-quality fuels, EV charging, and a loyalty program.
