The 31st annual National Senior Health & Fitness Day is set to take place on Wednesday, May 29, with Wellcare as the exclusive North Carolina health plan sponsor for the event. This day is designed to promote the importance of physical activity for older adults and will see more than 100,000 seniors participating in health and wellness events at over 1,000 locations across the country.
