Brainerd Warriors Finish Third in Central Lakes Conference Golf Meet
FERGUS FALLS — The Brainerd Warriors put on a strong performance in the Central Lakes Conference meet on Monday, May 13, at Pebble Lake Golf Course, finishing third overall. Brady Oseland led the team with an impressive even-par 72, securing a third-place finish individually.
Oseland showcased his skills on the course, posting three bogeys but quickly recovering with three birdies to maintain his even-par round. Alex Imgrund also had a solid performance, carding one birdie and finishing in ninth place with a score of 76. Treydn Hendrickson’s birdie on the 508-yard par 5 seventh hole contributed to his score of 77, while Tyler Lehmann and Aydan Dobis shot 79s to round out the Warriors’ scoring.
The team scores reflected a competitive field, with Alexandria leading the pack at 290, followed by Fergus Falls at 298, and Brainerd close behind at 304. Individual medalist honors went to Jack Holtz of Alexandria, who finished with an impressive score of 68.
Looking ahead, the Brainerd Warriors are set to compete in the Central Lakes Conference meet at Eagle Creek Golf Course on Tuesday, May 14, at 3:30 p.m. With their strong showing in the recent meet, the team is poised for continued success in future competitions.
