Pequot Lakes Patriots dominated the Presection 6-2A meet at Blackberry Ridge Golf Club, with Annie Neva and Genevieve Birkeland both earning co-medalist honors by firing impressive 76s. The Patriots secured first place with a team score of 325, showcasing their strong performance on the course.

Charlee Sullivan of Pequot Lakes also stood out, finishing third with a score of 80. The Pierz Pioneers, led by Whitney LeBlanc’s seventh-place finish with a score of 92, secured third place as a team. Staples-Motley’s Mallory Uselman posted an 85 to claim fourth place individually.

In contrast, Crosby-Ironton/Aitkin faced some challenges, with Kenzie Bill being their top finisher with a score of 120. Despite the individual struggles, the team scores reflected Pequot Lakes’ dominance, with Albany coming in second and Pierz following in third place.

Meanwhile, in another competition, Kimberly Keefe of Pillager showcased her skills by finishing third with a score of 90 in the Quad County Conference meet at Alexandria Golf Club. Pillager secured second place as a team with a score of 343.
