Former West Liberty University baseball players, Brian Campbell and Tyler Cooley, took on the Ogden Newspapers Wellness Weekend Tough as Nails Urban Challenge in Wheeling on Sunday. The duo, who are now full-time employees at the Pine Room production company, were excited to participate in the event.
Campbell, who had previously participated in the Tough as Nails challenge, convinced Cooley to join him this year. Despite Cooley’s apprehension about the daunting stairs, the pair were looking forward to the challenge and even planned to create content for their company during the event.
The Pine Room production company, based in Wheeling, produces multiple podcasts and has a radio show on WKKX. Campbell and Cooley have been working at the company for two years and are enjoying the growth and success they have experienced.
During the Tough as Nails Urban Challenge, Campbell and Cooley expressed their excitement for the slip n slide and the opportunity to have some fun. Campbell even joked about potentially taking his shirt off for the occasion.

With their background in sports and their current work in media production, Campbell and Cooley were sure to bring a unique perspective to the Tough as Nails Urban Challenge.
