Polson tennis dominates Bigfork, splits matches with Corvallis

The Polson High School boys and girls tennis teams had a successful weekend, with both teams securing victories against Bigfork and Corvallis.

In the boys’ matches, Tate Barentsen led the way with impressive singles victories against Bigfork and Corvallis. The Polson boys dominated their opponents, winning all seven matches against Corvallis and Bigfork. Torrin Ellis, Brock Henriksen, and Branson Moss also contributed to the team’s success with strong performances in both singles and doubles matches.

On the girls’ side, Katie Smith stood out as the No. 1 singles player, defeating her opponents from Bigfork and Corvallis. The Polson girls also swept their matches against Bigfork, winning all seven matches in dominant fashion. Vivian Grainey, Greta Lund, and Bailey Lemm all delivered strong performances to help secure the victories for the team.
