President of the UAE greets delegation from Parliamentary Assembly of Mediterranean and accepts Global Humanitarian Personality Award

President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan was honored today with the prestigious PAM Global Humanitarian Personality Award by a delegation from the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean. The award was presented in recognition of his outstanding contributions to international humanitarian efforts, spanning decades of dedicated service.

In a meeting held at Qasr Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi, President Sheikh Mohamed expressed his gratitude to the delegation for selecting him as the Global Humanitarian Personality. The delegation from the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean commended President Sheikh Mohamed’s remarkable humanitarian initiatives, both regionally and globally, acknowledging his significant impact in this field. They lauded his selection as the Global Humanitarian Personality as a testament to his extensive and impactful humanitarian endeavors that have positively impacted various regions across the globe.

Furthermore, the delegation expressed appreciation for President Sheikh Mohamed’s recent announcement of the Zayed Humanitarian Legacy Initiative, which allocates AED 20 billion towards humanitarian causes in the most vulnerable areas of the world.
