Prince William is set to make his return to royal duties after taking time off to care for his wife, Kate Middleton, who recently revealed her cancer diagnosis. The 41-year-old Prince had been looking after their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, while they were on break from school. However, with the children returning to school, William will resume his royal duties.
According to an insider, William will get back to his royal responsibilities once the children return to school on April 17. This will be his first official engagement since Kate announced her cancer diagnosis in March. The couple did not participate in Easter celebrations with the rest of the Royal family at the end of March.
On Thursday, Prince William is scheduled to celebrate the work of community and environmental organizations in London and Surrey. He will also visit a food distribution charity called Surplus to Supper and a West London youth center that receives food deliveries from the organization.
Kate Middleton shared her cancer diagnosis in a video message on March 22, revealing that she would undergo preventative chemotherapy after tests found cancer following abdominal surgery. She expressed the need for privacy and space during her treatment but looked forward to returning to her work once she has made a full recovery. Prince William’s return to royal duties marks a significant step forward for the couple as they navigate this challenging time together.
