Prince William, the Duke of Cambridge, is set to return to full-time royal duties next week with a modern twist in his work strategy. This decision comes at a challenging time for the Royal family, as both King Charles and Kate Middleton are battling cancer diagnoses.

According to a report by the Daily Beast, Prince William’s new approach to work is inspired by the post-pandemic scenario. He aims to optimize the impact of his work by balancing working from home with in-person appearances, in order to achieve a better work-life balance.

A close aide to William and Kate revealed to the Daily Beast that the upcoming weeks and months will serve as a template for his future reign. The royal plans to balance the demands of state with being a good family man, taking care of his sick wife and ensuring his children are doing well.

Prince William had briefly resumed his royal duties in February, following the announcement of King Charles’ cancer diagnosis. However, he took a break after Kate’s surgery and cancer diagnosis. The Princess of Wales later shared in a heartfelt video that she had undergone preventative chemotherapy.

While King Charles is currently undergoing cancer treatment and is not performing any official responsibilities, Prince William is stepping up to take on more duties in preparation for his future role as king. Despite the challenges they face, William and Kate remain hopeful for the future and are determined to fulfill their roles as Prince and Princess of Wales for many years to come.
