The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) is making significant strides in preparing Dubai’s workforce for the challenges of the future through its Talent 2033 project. In a recent meeting held at the Dubai Chambers, H.E. Abdullah Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of DGHR, along with executives and cadres from various departments, reviewed the progress of the project and highlighted its achievements in empowering human resources.
The project-organising committee discussed the implementation of phased targets, current situation analysis, and preparations for upgrading analytical engines. They also explored methods to finalize studies on application mechanisms to ensure alignment with the project’s strategic goals.
