The real estate market in St. Tammany Parish has been bustling with activity as numerous property transfers took place between April 23-29. From Abita Springs to Sun/Bush, buyers and sellers were engaged in transactions that ranged from donations to high-value purchases.

In Abita Springs, a lot on Bachman Drive was sold for $107,000 to Conner W. Smith and Mackenna L. Richardson Smith. Another property on Bobby Jones Blvd. was transferred for $60,000 to Teresa Myers Kelly. The Hillcrest Country Club Estates saw a donation of Lot 1, Square 14 from Debra Ann Hairston to Christopher A. Hairston.

Moving towards Covington, properties like Allen Road, Avenue De Bellevue, and Bamboo Drive exchanged hands for various amounts ranging from $305,000 to $425,000. In Mandeville, Brookside Drive witnessed a significant transaction of $755,000 from C-T Homes LLC to Chad M. Campbell and Rachel Ferreira Campbell.

The town of Slidell also saw its fair share of property transfers, with lots in Abney Country Air Subdivision, Carolyn Park Subdivision, and Bluebird St. changing ownership for prices ranging from $10 to $340,970.
