Superstar Rajinikanth, the legendary actor and cultural icon, has been honored with a prestigious golden visa by the United Arab Emirates’ Department of Culture and Tourism. The news of this honor was shared through a video on social media, where Rajinikanth expressed his gratitude to the Abu Dhabi government and his close friend, businessman MA Yusuff Ali, for their support.

In the video, Rajinikanth can be seen saying, “I am deeply honored to receive the prestigious UAE Golden visa from Abu Dhabi Govt. My heartfelt thanks to the Abu Dhabi govt. and also to my good friend Mr Yusuff Ali, CMD of Lulu Group, for facilitating this visa and for all the support.”

The golden visa was handed over to Rajinikanth by Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, Member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council and Chairman of the Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT), Government of Abu Dhabi, in the presence of MA Yusuff Ali.

Prior to receiving this honor, Rajinikanth visited the global headquarters of Lulu Group International, where he was warmly welcomed by Yusuff Ali. The chairman and managing director of Lulu Group then took the superstar in his luxurious Rolls Royce car to his residence, where Rajinikanth stayed during his visit.

During his time in Abu Dhabi, Rajinikanth also had the opportunity to meet with Lulu Group’s COO Saifee Rupawala. Saifee shared a picture from their meeting on social media, expressing his excitement at connecting with the Indian superstar.

Rajinikanth’s visit to Abu Dhabi comes after wrapping up his portions in the film “Vettaiyan,” directed by TJ Gnanavel. The film, which also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Rana Daggubati, Fahadh Faasil, Manju Warrier, Ritika Singh, and Dushara Vijayan, is produced by Subaskaran Allirajah under the banner Lyca Productions.
