Ranking of the top US steakhouses among the 101 best in the world

The search for the best steak in the world has led to an exciting revelation – you may not have to travel as far as you think to find the perfect cut of meat. World’s Best Steaks recently released a list of the top 101 steaks based on meat quality, selection, and other restaurant-related aspects.

Steak ambassadors from each continent, who are essentially people who get to try out steaks, were tasked with deciding on the final list. After evaluating the taste, terroir, character, marbling, cut, and preparation of steakhouses worldwide, the list was narrowed down to 23 different restaurants from the United States.

New York City emerged as the top city in the U.S. with the most restaurants on the list, boasting eight spots. Cote, a restaurant in the Big Apple, even secured a spot in the top 10 globally at number 4. Chicago wasn’t far behind with six restaurants making the cut, with Asador Bastian landing at number 14.

Among the U.S. restaurants that made the list were Niku in San Francisco, Beefbar in New York City, Jeffrey’s in Austin, and Guard and Grace in Denver. The full list of top U.S. steakhouses includes a diverse range of locations from coast to coast.
