The University of Mount Saint Vincent recently celebrated its 112th Commencement Weekend, honoring the Class of 2024 with a series of memorable events. From the College of Professional and Graduate Studies Commencement Ceremony to the Undergraduate College Baccalaureate Mass and Hooding Ceremony, the campus was abuzz with excitement and pride.
The highlight of the weekend was the Commencement speaker, Dr. Terry Fulmer, President of The John A. Hartford Foundation, who shared inspiring words of wisdom with the graduates. She emphasized the importance of using their education to make a positive impact in the world and encouraged them to continue growing and evolving throughout their lives.
The festivities culminated in the Undergraduate College Commencement Ceremony, where graduates walked across the stage to receive their diplomas. The atmosphere was filled with joy and celebration as families and friends cheered on their loved ones.
Although the Commencement Weekend has come to an end, the spirit of celebration continues at the University of Mount Saint Vincent. The campus looks forward to welcoming back alumni for Reunion in October and celebrating the achievements of past and present students.
Congratulations to the Class of 2024 for their hard work and dedication. As they embark on their next chapter, they carry with them the values of goodness, discipline, and knowledge instilled by their alma mater. Here’s to a bright and successful future for all graduates!
