Recent Long Island Real Estate Transactions: Inked

In recent real estate news, several significant transactions have taken place across Long Island, showcasing the diverse range of businesses and investors in the area.

Recommerce Group Inc. has leased 3,200 square feet of industrial space at 70 Remington Blvd. in Ronkonkoma. The deal was facilitated by Michael Zere of Zere Real Estate Services, who represented both the tenant and the landlord, Clark Industries Inc.

Meanwhile, FOS Development Corp., a Queens-based general contractor specializing in public works projects, has purchased two industrial buildings totaling 7,695 square feet on .93 acres at 165 Shore Road in Glenwood Landing for $2.45 million. The waterfront property, formerly occupied by an auto body business, will now serve as FOS’s corporate headquarters after extensive renovations. Alberto Fiorini of Alliance Real Estate represented the buyer in the transaction.

In another transaction, commercial real estate investor John King acquired a 7,130-square-foot office building on 1.1 acres at 3400 Veterans Memorial Highway in Bohemia for $2 million. The deal was brokered by Brian McGuire of NAI Long Island.

Lastly, Advenute Explorations LLC, an affiliate of a guitar maker and repair shop, has leased 1,000 square feet at 53 Spring St. in Oyster Bay. The business, led by Zac DelVecchio, is relocating from Nashville. Giuseppe Gregario and Nick Evangelista of NY Space Finders facilitated the lease transaction.

These transactions highlight the continued activity and growth in the Long Island real estate market, with a variety of businesses and investors making moves in different sectors.
