Renegade Gold Completes $3.4 Million Private Placement Offering

Renegade Gold Inc. (TSXV: RAGE) has successfully closed a private placement of 17,000,000 units at $0.20 per unit, raising a total of $3,400,000 in gross proceeds. Each unit consists of one common share and one transferable share purchase warrant, with each warrant exercisable into an additional common share at $0.25 per share for a period of three years.

The company plans to use the net proceeds from the placement to pay off debt, conduct exploration work on its properties, and for general working capital. Notably, two directors of the company acquired 1,250,000 units, while an officer of the company acquired 100,000 units under the placement.

This transaction is considered a “related party transaction” under Multilateral Instrument 61-101, but is exempt from formal valuation and minority shareholder approval requirements as the value does not exceed $2,500,000.
