Report: Mauricio Umansky Leaves Shared Home with Kyle Richards, According to Hollywood Life

Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky, known for their appearances on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” are reportedly living apart as they navigate the next steps in their relationship. According to Us Weekly, Mauricio, 53, has purchased a luxury condo in a new West Hollywood development, while Kyle, 55, continues to reside in their Encino home.

A source revealed to the publication, “Kyle and Mauricio have been living separately for the last few months. They’ve both been traveling a lot recently, so it’s working out where they don’t stay under one roof.” Despite living apart, Mauricio reportedly visits their primary residence often when Kyle is out of town. The couple also owns homes in La Quinta, California, and Aspen, Colorado.

In July 2023, Kyle and Mauricio announced their separation after 27 years of marriage, surprising fans. They have not filed for divorce officially. In a joint statement on Instagram, they shared, “We have had a rough year. The most challenging one of our marriage. But we both love and respect each other tremendously.”
