Neighbors near Tokyo Valentino on Cheshire Bridge Road in Northeast Atlanta are fed up with the indecent activities happening in their community. Residents have reported witnessing customers engaging in sexual acts in parking lots near their homes, leaving evidence of their inappropriate behavior behind.

Carla Schissel, a concerned neighbor, expressed her frustration, stating that the noise and chaos caused by Tokyo Valentino’s customers are disrupting the peace of their community. She mentioned that customers often park in front of people’s homes, further aggravating the situation.

The city of Atlanta has taken action against the adult business, sending a non-compliance letter and a directive to cease and desist. The city claims that Tokyo Valentino is operating illegal adult video booths and has captured customers engaging in sexual activities in the parking lot.

Despite the city’s efforts to shut down the business, Tokyo Valentino’s attorney, Carl Wiggins, argues that the city is overstepping its bounds. Wiggins stated that the business does not have video booths and that the presence of people engaging in sexual activities does not make it an illegal adult entertainment establishment.

However, the city’s attorneys presented evidence that Tokyo Valentino’s own advertising promotes it as an adult entertainment establishment. The city’s Zoning Board of Adjustments denied Tokyo Valentino’s appeal, leaving neighbors hopeful for some relief from the disruptive activities in their community.

As the legal battle continues, neighbors are eagerly awaiting a resolution that will put an end to the disturbances caused by Tokyo Valentino and its customers.
