Timbercreek Financial Corp. (TSX:TF) recently announced the results of the election of its board of directors at the annual meeting of shareholders held on May 13, 2024. The meeting, which was originally scheduled for May 8, 2024, had to be adjourned to May 13, 2024 due to a lack of quorum.

The nominees listed in the management information circular dated March 15, 2024 were elected as directors of the Company. The detailed results of the votes cast by proxy are as follows:
