Revelyst Expands Portfolio with Acquisition of PinSeeker, a Golf Simulator Competition Platform

Revelyst, a collective of brands under Vista Outdoor Inc., has made a significant acquisition by acquiring PinSeeker, a leading simulator off-course golf and connectivity app. This move will allow golfers to compete in virtual tournaments and challenges with friends and fellow players from anywhere in the world.

The PinSeeker app offers a variety of contests and challenges, including virtual tournaments and closest-to-the-pin challenges, where players can compete for free or for real money. This acquisition will enhance Foresight Sports, owned by Revelyst, by meeting the growing demand for competitive off-course golf experiences.

PinSeeker will now be integrated into Foresight Sports, the top maker of golf launch monitors and simulators, within Revelyst’s Precision Sports Technology platform. The PinSeeker team will relocate to San Diego, where Revelyst’s platform is based.
