Presidential candidate Robert F Kennedy Jr has made a bold statement, offering to eat more parasitic worms after it was revealed that a worm had eaten part of his brain and died inside his head a decade ago. Despite this shocking revelation, RFK Jr remains confident in his abilities, claiming that he could “eat 5 more brain worms” and still win a debate against his rivals, President Joe Biden and former president Donald Trump.

The news of the brain worm came to light during a 2012 deposition when Mr Kennedy reported experiencing cognitive problems and memory loss. Initially fearing he had a brain tumor, he later discovered that the dark spot on his brain scans was actually a dead parasite that had eaten a portion of his brain.

Despite this health scare, RFK Jr has stated that he has recovered from the memory loss and fogginess he experienced in 2010 and that the parasite did not require treatment. He also revealed that he suffered from mercury poisoning, which he attributed to his love of tuna fish sandwiches.

While Mr Trump has dismissed the idea of debating RFK Jr, the Biden team has filed complaints about his campaign and hired staffers to tackle misinformation. The Kennedy family has distanced themselves from their relative, calling him a “crackpot”.

As the first presidential debate approaches, all eyes will be on whether RFK Jr can surpass the 15% support threshold and secure a spot on the stage alongside President Biden and Mr Trump. With his unconventional approach and controversial health history, the upcoming debate is sure to be one to watch.
