Pioneers and professionals from the healthcare field gathered in Delhi for the Times of India’s Right to Excellence Summit, ahead of World Health Day. The summit aimed to address significant healthcare challenges and promote the theme of “My Health, My Right.”
The event covered a wide range of topics, including contemporary wellness practices, mental health awareness, pregnancy and parenting, and digital healthcare. Doctors, specialists, and business executives discussed the importance of health, the role of technology, and how to make healthcare more inclusive and accessible.
In a panel discussion, Rishabh Jain, co-founder of The Wellness Co., emphasized the importance of prioritizing holistic wellness for thriving in today’s world. He highlighted the significance of technologies and therapies in empowering individuals to take charge of their health.
Jain also stressed the importance of enriched sleep for overall health, stating that a healthy sleep schedule is essential for physical recovery and well-being.
