Royal commentator Charlotte Griffiths has suggested that Kate Middleton’s recent act of capturing and sharing a new photo of Prince Louis is a positive sign that she is “getting better.” The Duchess of Cambridge marked her youngest son’s sixth birthday by posting a picture of him on the social media pages of The Prince and Princess of Wales.

In a statement accompanying the photo, Kate expressed her gratitude for the well-wishes received on Louis’ special day. Griffiths, speaking on GB News, commended Kate for taking the photo, stating, “I think the fact she’s taken this photo is a sign she’s getting better. It takes a lot of time and energy.”

The royal family typically shares images of their children ahead of their birthdays, but this year they deviated from tradition by not releasing a photo of Louis beforehand. Griffiths noted that there may have been some apprehension surrounding the decision, saying, “I think there had been trepidation.”

Addressing concerns about potential photo editing, Griffiths reassured that there were no signs of manipulation in the image. She emphasized, “Some background guidance was given but it was obvious, it would have been the biggest own goal to have photoshopped it in any way.”

Kate’s recent photo-sharing activity comes after she faced controversy for sharing an edited image with her children prior to her cancer diagnosis in March. Despite the previous backlash, Kate’s latest post has been met with positivity and support from fans and followers.
